Refund and Returns Policy Overview

All our products are hand printed, which means there may be slight differences during each print run and from piece to piece, making them all original. As all our products are made from natural fabrics, there may also be variations in the fabric, but these do not compromise strength or quality and are not regarded as faults. We do our very best to accurately photograph all products; however, please be aware that colours may vary slightly on different computer screens. The colour and print placement you receive may vary slightly from what you see in the online store – this is not considered a fault. Please get in touch with us before ordering if you need a specific colourway.

Conditions for returns:

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase, however we ask to keep in mind that each product is individually hand printed.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to exchange or give a store credit. Please email info@alilishandprintedecocreations.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the returns process.

We accept returns and exchanges if contacted within 7 days of receiving your items. All items must be returned to us in their original and unused condition with their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Once items are received and inspected, we will issue a refund less shipping charges. Your refund will be issued in the original payment method. 
The cost of return postage is covered by the customer and we recommend registered post with tracking is used to ensure we receive the return
No refund or exchange is possible for items where care instructions were not followed

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
